How to request a return
Contact the returns team before sending anything back. Share your order number, product information and the reason for the request. Photos may be needed.
Published return terms
Current store guidance states that return requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date, eligible items must be new, unused and unassembled, and an RA number is required before sending a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible customer-requested returns.
Damage, defects and missing parts
Contact support promptly and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Replacement parts may be available without requiring a full return.
