We offer 24 hour customer service and will have your purchase on file, so we can look up your model and serial number when you call to help you effectively. We are not just an Internet Dealer whose service ends with your purchase.

Our customer service team is trained on your purchase and has years of experience. They can assist you with assembly, safety tips, repairs or just product advice. You are not going to find that at a big box brick-n-mortar store, where the guy who sold you a crib or piece of furniture is in a new department every other day. Our people work with cribs and nursery products day in and day out.

Free Ground Shipping

All of your purchases are given Free Shipping to locations in the lower 48 states. All orders are processed within 1-2 days and is shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, and you will have the ability to track your order all the way through final delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of USA and Canada.

Bungle Nursery Cribs is pleased to offer White Glove delivery and light assembly at an additional cost if you want assembly service. 

All of your purchases are fully insured during shipping. If you receive your item damaged we will send you a replacement at no cost to you (as long as item is in stock).

Gerber Life Grow-Up Plan

If your purchase is $800 or more, Bungle Nursery Cribs will contribute $50 into a new or existing Gerber Life Grow-Up plan or Gerber Life College Plan for your baby or toddler.
