Warranty Information
AFG International Products wants you to be satisfied with any product that bears the AFG name or logo. To ensure the quality of your product, AFG offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase for new units in original packaging for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover any used, secondhand or demo models. It does not cover any damage that results from normal wear and tear, alteration to the finish, design or hardware.
In addition, warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, improper use, or any other use other than as intended or from failure to maintain and clean the product according to the assembly sheet. Specific rights issued by this warranty may vary by state. Some states do not allow restrictions on how long implied warranties last.
AFG will provide any replacement parts that have been reported to us within 7 days of purchase. AFG's warranty guarantees optimal workmanship and lack of significant defects. It is important to keep the original receipt for us to process a claim request. Moreover, AFG requests that the proper model number and Purchase Order Number ("PO#") of the items are supplied to us so the correct replacement parts can be sent if needed in the future.
AFG's obligation under this warranty is to replace or repair the merchandise, at their option, free of charge. DO NOT return products to the store; once a product has been used, federal law mandates the item cannot be resold. In the event that AFG determines that a defect resulted from customer abuse or misuse, we will contact you with information about services and methods to prevent it from occurring in the future.
Please note that some of our items have different warranty terms, please see website information and/or enclosed brochures for more information. For instance, our Molly Combo and Molly 6-Drawer Dresser only carries a 3-month warranty.

Crib Safety Notifications
At Bungle Nursery Cribs, you and your family's safety is important to us. Our manufacturer AFG Baby Furniture offers its customers high-quality products that meet reliability standards - all of their furniture is JPMA Certified.
CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) offers the following advice to consumers:
Check your crib periodically to ensure that all parts are secure and in good condition. Always check all sides and corners of the crib for disengagement. Any disengagement can create a gap and entrap a child.
Please visit CPSC website for more details.Do not attempt to repair any damages, flaws or problems with any piece of furniture intended for children; especially with tape, wire, rope or non-factory approved fastening methods.
Do not use any furniture, especially cribs with missing, broken, or loose parts.
CPSC recently released a new mandate that if you are missing or lose any screws to discontinue use of the crib immediately. Do not attempt to repair or fix cribs without approved manufacturer instructions. If you are experiencing any problems with assembly, please do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer for simplified assembly instructions.
Repeated assembly and disassembly may cause the product's safety specifications to change.
Bungle Nursery Cribs strongly recommends against using old cribs, second-hand cribs, cribs purchased at a garage sale, or cribs purchased from market places like Amazon or Ebay as they may not meet current standards.
Make sure to tighten hardware to keep the furniture sturdy, and to periodically check the tightness of the connectors.
The mattress you choose should fit the dimensions of the crib exactly. If you can fit two fingers between the mattress and the crib frame, the mattress is too small, and therefore unsafe for baby.
When using a drop-side crib, parents should check and make sure the part operates smoothly.

Please note that despite all efforts of AFG to manufacturer the product to meet and exceed government safety standards upon proper assembly, it is up to the end consumer to ensure that the product is working safely and within specifications with use of original manufacturer's equipment. Failure to do so may result in serious injury, bodily harm and/or death. Bungle Nursery Cribs, and AFG Baby Furniture, its subsidiaries and affiliates shall be held harmless in the event of any problems arising from improper assembly, makeshift repairs ("jury rigging"), unreported / unrepaired defects, damages caused by external forces, damage beyond normal wear-and-tear, natural disaster, environment within or outside of the house, or any incident that causes the piece of furniture to not operate within factory specifications and tolerances.

Order Processing and Shipment:
Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina and New York. All of our furniture is shipped supplier-direct to the buyer. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL for larger freight. ETA times can vary depending on the carrier. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bunglecribs.com or our online chat, available 24/7.
Standard shipping is ALWAYS free to US destinations (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Canadian orders, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. We do not ship to international destinations.
Delivery Options
We offer White Glove service including product setup and assembly at your request at an additional cost (depending on level of service). Delivery options available to you:
1. Curbside (Liftgate) - Carrier will lower your shipment to the ground.
2. Threshold - First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery.
3. Room of Choice - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases).
4. Package Removal - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal.
5. Assembly - Delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal + Light Assembly.
Shipping Insurance & a piece of mind
Your items are fully insured from the time it leaves our warehouse to arrival at your home or business. This gives you the assurance you that if your item is damage while in transit, the cost to replace is fully covered by us at no cost to you.
Damages
Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects. Take pictures of all damages. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order. Because your item is insured by us, your claim will generally be processed immediately and a replacement item will be sent out to you.
Should you need to return your merchandise, please first review our return policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund. Refused deliveries will incur the roundtrip shipping costs.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All returns must be requested within 60 business days from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization number is required. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization number.
Return Policy
- Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Acme’s Original Boxes without any writing on the box. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 60 days. After 60 days there is no service agreement. No Exception.
 - Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of an invoice. Please e-mail or mail to: returns@bunglecribs.com
 - We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
 - There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items. (Call for details).
 - Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
 - All returned shipments must include Return Authorization number and original invoice.
 - No cash refunds. Exchange and credit only.
 - For all damage claims, please have the original invoice and Return Authorization number.
 
Remorse
We do not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
